* Spreadsheet made using Microsoft Excel 2003, suitable for opening with Microsoft Excel 97, 2000, XP and 2003 versions. You can use this format to configure your own system, and the price for your configuration will be automatically totalled up for you, showing ex. and inc. GST pricing. Download the free Microsoft Excel viewer program if you don't have Excel installed. Please note that 10% GST is not included until the item is selected by entering a quantity; totals at top and bottom show both the amount of GST, and the GST inclusive total for the selected items.

  * You will not be able to use this format to configure your own system and automatically total it up for you, as the free Adobe Acrobat Reader program is purely a viewer and won't allow you to make changes to the pricelist. It will show you pricing ex GST for many items though and is handy in this regard. Download the free Adobe Acrobat Reader program if you don't already have it, or you have an old version (the current version is 7).

We build systems according to your needs and specifications, with your choice of processor from either AMD or Intel. Our systems are guaranteed to contain only high-quality components from leading vendors. Our quotes and invoices itemise every component inside our systems, so you know exactly what you are getting. For example, many suppliers will quote a hard disk simply as '200Gb' ; our quotation would be something like 'Seagate Barracuda ST3200827AS 7200.9 200Gb 7,200rpm SATA2, 8Mb cache NCQ'. If you were to click on that description, you would be taken to Seagate's website where you could obtain as much information on that specific product as you could wish for. You may not require that level of detail, but we reckon it's our job to provide that information to our clients. We strive to ensure that you know what you are being quoted on, and have further product information available to you should you wish it.

All our systems include delivery and installation (within the Sydney metropolitan area). Installation includes: Unpack, inspect and inventory the system. Set up and connect system unit, display, mouse, keyboard, local printer and communications network cable. Connect power cords and plugs. Switch on and power up each device. Confirm that the operating system comes up on standard desktop. Enter TCP/IP address and network configurations (client to provide these and logon credentials upon delivery if required). Verify network login was successful. Move all packaging material to a local customer-designated area. We will obtain customer sign-off of our invoice upon completion of this work. Note: The installation or configuration of any communication network or network components, such as network printers, scanners, servers, or existing workstations is not included. Also, the installation or configuration of any customer software applications (e.g. MYOB, Microsoft Word, etc.) is not included.
